1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Luminids: A Civilisation of Light ("the Game") and related services provided by NJX Technologies Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Luminids is a civilization simulation game featuring living characters called Luminids. The Game includes:

• Single-player and co-operative multiplayer gameplay experience
• Living character interactions and emergent storytelling
• Six distinct eras of civilization evolution
• Community features including forums, Discord, and social media integration
• Regular content updates and patches

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Game on compatible devices
• Access and use the Game's features and content
• Participate in community features and discussions

The Game, including all content, graphics, user interface, audio, music, artwork, and software, is owned by NJX Technologies Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Game or our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Game
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• To create derivative works based on the Game without permission

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share content through our community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Game and our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share does not violate these Terms or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect gameplay data, including but not limited to:

• Game progress and achievements
• Performance metrics and crash reports
• Community interactions and feedback
• Technical information about your device and system

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible. Continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We are not obligated to provide any updates, patches, or new content, though we may choose to do so to improve the Game experience.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Game or the information, content, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available to you through the Game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall NJX Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Game.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NJX Technologies Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Game
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before pursuing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Game and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Game.
