We ship from the UK and dispatch from our studio in a carefully packed way.

Current in-stock items are available to order now, and each product card and detail page shows its latest ship window or availability.

Standard shipping includes tracking updates and discreet packaging.

Regional shipping rates are listed below in both GBP and USD.

If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will help quickly with a replacement or refund where possible.

Because these are handcrafted and often limited, opening return eligibility depends on condition on arrival.

The current Luminid Plush is in stock and available to order now.

Future limited batches may open as preorders with payment taken at checkout.

Each product includes its own ship window or availability status before checkout.

International orders may incur import duties, VAT, or customs taxes depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

When possible, customs costs are visible before payment so there are no surprises at delivery.

Brazil customs sometimes requires a CPF / Tax ID for imported parcels.

Please add your CPF / Tax ID at checkout for Brazil deliveries.

This can significantly reduce customs processing delays.
